Ahoj jsem ráda, že čtete můj první článek, který věnuji módnímu časopisu VOGUE. Co to je VOGUE? Vogue je módní časopis (přezdívaný také jako módní Bible) který se zaměřuje na módu, design a životní styl. Vychází ve dvacetipěti zemích světa každý měsíc. A kdy vyšel první československý Vogue? Bylo to v pátek 17. 8. 2018. Pamatuji si jak jsem ho bezmocně hledala, prohledala celé město a nakonec ho nenašla. V magazínu The New York Times v prosinci 2006 popsala Vogue literární kritička Caroline Weber jako „nejvlivnější módní časopis na světě.

Ale co přinese takový časopis obyčejnému člověku, který vnímá modu jako koníček nebo něco čím může vyjádřit svoje pocity? Jedním slovem inspiraci. Neznamená to, že bychom se měli řídit nejšílenějšími módními trendy, ale může nám dát určitý směr. A může pomoct dozvědět se něco o dění v módním průmyslu jako takovém, také nám může pomoct orientovat se v nabídce luxusního zboží, které většina z nás zná jen z Instaramu. It doesn't mean we should follow the craziest fashion trends, but it can give us some direction. And it can help us learn something about what's happening in the fashion industry as such, it can also help us navigate the offer of luxury goods, which most of us only know from Instaram.
